Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychotherapy in New York City
I help a diverse group of New Yorkers who are dealing with anxiety, stress, sadness, depression, interpersonal difficulties, family stressors, significant life changes, and challenges at school or work.

My approach to therapy is shaped by each individual’s specific needs and goals. I most often utilize a psychodynamic and insight-oriented approach to help clients increase self-understanding and awareness, mend emotional struggles, and explore aspects of their lives that they would like to better understand and strengthen.
